Boots-on-the-ground B2B sales team, based in the UAE

We Don't Generate Leads. We Execute Sales.

The Agency MENA is a UAE-based B2B sales execution company with a field sales team covering Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider Emirates — one you activate instead of hire. Our people operate in your market, open the doors, take the meetings, progress commercial discussions within agreed boundaries and run the pipeline — under your brand, without visas, payroll or ramp-up risk.

Hiring internally

Best when you already have a UAE market, a proven playbook and a sales manager to coach.

  • Limited process, reporting or continuity

Lead-generation agencies

Best when you have a strong closing team that simply needs more top-of-funnel volume.

Strengths

  • Scalable list and campaign machinery
  • Clear cost per meeting

Trade-offs

  • Hands off after the intro
  • Someone still has to run the sales cycle

The activity guarantee

We guarantee what we control. Nothing less, nothing dishonest.

"We guarantee the agreed sales activity — outreach, meetings, pipeline discipline, and reporting — because those are within our control. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes such as closed sales, which depend on factors outside our control."

Commercial outcomes depend on product fit, pricing, competition and client responsiveness. We therefore guarantee the execution standards and activity that remain within our control. Supported by documented weekly reporting and verifiable activity records.

Market context

Why the UAE is more than one market

Companies rarely come to the UAE for the UAE alone. The country functions as a commercial base with reach well beyond its own borders.

The UAE's non-oil foreign trade reached AED 1.937 trillion in H1 2026, up 13.1% year-on-year, with non-oil exports hitting a record AED 452.8 billion.

01

A gateway to the GCC

From one UAE base, commercial relationships extend across the Gulf states, where buyers, distributors and group purchasing structures are frequently regional rather than national.

02

A regional base for MEA and South Asia

Time zones, air connectivity and business infrastructure make the UAE a practical operating centre for the Middle East, Africa and South Asia.

03

A logistics and re-export hub

Ports, free zones and customs infrastructure support onward distribution, making the UAE a natural point of entry for goods that will not stay in the country.

04

A commercially diverse testing market

A wide mix of nationalities, price points and buyer types in one place means demand can be tested against several customer profiles at once.

05

A platform for international expansion

Free zone and mainland structures, banking access and a familiar contracting environment make it a workable base from which to expand further.

06

A place to test demand before hiring

Companies can prove commercial traction in market before committing to visas, payroll and a permanent local team.

Anonymised engagement snapshots

European F&B supplier

Entered the UAE with no local presence. We built the venue and central-kitchen map, ran sampling visits and carried conversations through to procurement.

Regional SaaS platform

Strong product, no outbound motion. We took over prospect mapping and outreach, and ran the meeting-to-pilot cycle with their technical team on calls.

Fit-out product manufacturer

Needed to be specified before tender. We tracked live projects, opened contractor and consultant relationships and managed pre-qualification.

Client names and commercial results are kept confidential by agreement. We will speak to specifics under NDA.

Fit check

Is The Agency right for you?

We would rather tell you early than take a retainer we can't do justice to.

A strong fit

  • Companies entering the UAE without a local sales presence
  • Companies with a ready product but no pipeline
  • Companies that want execution, not just leads

Probably not a fit

  • Companies expecting guaranteed closed sales
  • Companies without a defined target market yet
  • Products that cannot currently be supplied in the UAE
  • Companies without clear pricing
  • Offers requiring regulatory approvals that are not yet in place
  • Companies unable to support technical discussions
  • Offers with no workable margin for local selling

Companies seeking only isolated database or outreach work may be better suited to our limited-scope Commercial Support Services rather than our full Sales Execution model. See Commercial Support Services

How engagements are structured

Market Entry Sprint

A defined short engagement for validation, targeting and early market execution.

Pipeline Build

A structured three-month programme to create and progress a qualified UAE pipeline.

Sales Execution Partner

An embedded six-month sales execution relationship covering outreach through pipeline and negotiation.

Engagements are scoped according to market complexity, required field activity, geography, team capacity and contract duration.

The Agency provides access to a shared, multi-client sales execution system. This is not an exclusive full-time team unless expressly included in the engagement scope.

FAQ

The questions serious buyers ask

Do you guarantee sales?

No. We guarantee the agreed sales activity — outreach, meetings, pipeline discipline and reporting — because that is what sits within our control. Closed revenue depends on your pricing, product and market conditions, so we won't promise it.

How is this different from lead generation?

Lead generation hands you a contact and stops. We run the sales cycle: mapping accounts, opening doors, attending meetings, negotiating and managing the pipeline through to a decision.

Who owns the customer relationship?

You do, always. We work under your brand, and every account, contact and pipeline record is yours to keep if the engagement ends.

What if it doesn't work out?

Because activity is contracted and reported weekly, you can see exactly what was executed long before any renewal decision. Engagements are reviewed on defined terms and you leave with the full account map and pipeline.

How do you prevent client conflicts?

Before each engagement, we define the relevant product category, target market and any agreed account exclusions. We do not assign direct competing offers to the same active sales resource where this would create a material conflict. Confidential pricing, commercial strategy and client records remain separated. Any potential overlap is reviewed before acceptance and documented in the engagement schedule.
