How we work

What actually happens after you sign.

This is a walkthrough of the real operating process we run week to week — not a sales pitch.

Choosing a route to market

Choosing the right UAE route to market

Every route below works for someone. The question is which one matches where your business actually is right now.

Hiring internally

Best when you already have a UAE market, a proven playbook and a sales manager to coach.

Strengths

  • Full control and culture fit
  • Long-term institutional knowledge

Trade-offs

  • Visa, insurance and gratuity overhead
  • Hiring plus ramp-up before first revenue

Freelancers & commission-only reps

Best for opportunistic, low-commitment testing of a single niche.

Strengths

  • Low fixed cost
  • Fast to start

Trade-offs

  • Attention split across clients
  • Limited process, reporting or continuity

Lead-generation agencies

Best when you have a strong closing team that simply needs more top-of-funnel volume.

Strengths

  • Scalable list and campaign machinery
  • Clear cost per meeting

Trade-offs

  • Hands off after the intro
  • Someone still has to run the sales cycle
What we do

Outsourced sales execution

Best when you need a credible UAE sales presence working opportunities from prospecting through commercial progression and decision, now.

Strengths

  • Owns outreach through negotiation
  • Local presence without employment overhead
  • Disciplined pipeline and weekly reporting

Trade-offs

  • Needs a defined target market and offer
  • Requires a market-ready offer, responsive client decisions and regular commercial collaboration.

The Agency process

Eight steps, run the same way every engagement

  1. 01

    Discovery

We learn your offer, margins, target market, and what a genuinely good customer looks like for your business, not just a generic buyer persona. That means understanding where you make money, which deals are worth chasing, and which ones quietly cost you more than they return.

  2. 02

    Strategy

We agree the target segments, activity levels (calls, visits, meetings), and reporting cadence together before any outreach begins. Nothing starts until both sides know exactly what will be done each week and how it will be measured.

  3. 03

    Prospect Mapping

We identify and qualify specific target accounts and decision-makers within your defined market, using our existing UAE network and research. You get named companies and named people, not an anonymous list volume.

  4. 04

    Outreach

We initiate contact through the channels that fit your market — phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits where appropriate. In much of the UAE market, showing up in person still opens doors that no email sequence will.

  5. 05

    Meetings

We attend meetings on your behalf (or alongside your team, depending on the engagement), representing your brand professionally in the room. Our people are briefed on your product, your pricing boundaries and your positioning before they walk in.

  6. 06

    Negotiation

We handle commercial discussions and objection-handling within the boundaries you set, keeping you informed at every stage. You retain final authority on terms; we do the groundwork that gets the conversation to a decision.

  7. 07

    Pipeline Management

We track every opportunity through a structured pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks between first contact and close. Every account has a stage, a next action and a date — reviewed continuously, not rebuilt at quarter end.

  8. 08

    Continuous Reporting

You receive regular, honest reporting on activity and pipeline status — not just when things are going well. If a segment isn't responding or a message isn't landing, you hear it early enough to change course.

What we need from you

A market-ready offer, responsive commercial support, product knowledge, clear pricing boundaries, and the ability to fulfil successful opportunities.

The working rhythm

What a typical engagement looks like

Weekly reporting cadence

Activity and pipeline movement reported to you every week, in writing.

Regular review meetings

Weekly or biweekly review calls depending on the engagement, to adjust targeting and messaging.

A named Engagement Lead

A named Engagement Lead at The Agency is accountable for your engagement — not a rotating inbox.

Structured handover

At the end of an engagement, all pipeline data and contact history is handed over to you in full.

The Shared Sales Team Model — powered by our Multi-Key system

Every engagement runs on the Shared Sales Team Model, powered by our Multi-Key system — one field team serving several non-competing clients simultaneously. This is what makes disciplined, full-time execution affordable without you carrying the full cost of an exclusive dedicated hire.

Account allocation across clients is managed to avoid direct conflicts of interest; specific safeguards are agreed as part of each engagement.

Learn more about our model

The activity guarantee

"We guarantee the agreed sales activity — outreach, meetings, pipeline discipline, and reporting — because those are within our control. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes such as closed sales, which depend on factors outside our control."

If it's not working

Fit matters, and we'd rather say so early

Not every market, offer or price point responds the way we expect, and not every engagement is the right fit. That's exactly what the regular reviews are for: either side can put a concern on the table while there is still time to change targeting, messaging or approach — rather than waiting until the engagement ends to discuss it. We report honestly, we adjust quickly, and if the model genuinely isn't right for your business we will tell you.
